I drove over a curb and the bottom of my front panel on the undercarrage of my car racked and now a wire is hanging loose from it. I want to now if i can use electical tape to secure it to the undercarrage? The car is running fine with no other problems, just the cracked panel underneath and the cord.

If it is a minor damage that does not affect the vehicle rigidity, then it is nothing to worry about.

As to the wire, you need to check where it is attached to. For OEM wires, there should be fixation spots for you to reattach it according to its original route.
