1996 Subaru Outback Replaced Brake Pads Had Rotor Turned Still There Rubbing

I have replaced the brake pads, had the rotor turned and still there is a rubbing noise. The rotors still heat up. It wasn't doing this before I replaced the brake pads.What would I check next?

Check the brake caliper piston. It is most likely stuck causing the problem. Ensure the slider bolts are able to move freely.
