The FL is blown, how can I replace it and what do I replace it with? It looks like a piece of cable between two prongs.

You have to get the same thing to replace it. The link functions as a fuse, so you need something that will burn out at a specific amperage.

Thanks for responding so quickly. How do I know the amperage. The fusible link is explained as a cable bridge instead of a fuse?

Yes, it is basically a wire that functions as a fuse. It should have the amperage on it. Is there anything written on it?
