1996 Skoda Other fan heater

We have had problems with the fan heater/blower. We have tested and the fan works so we think maybe the switches? But we need some advice also if it is the switched how to remove and replace? Thank you

We have no info on these cars but check the resistor and relay for blower they may be by the blower see if power is going inand out if it is then it's the resistor relay. Also check fuses underhood and dash
