1996 Saturn Sl2 Noticed That Horn Wasnt Working Checked Fuse Box Found There

I noticed that my horn wasnt working so i checked the fuse box and found that there is a relay but not metal piece like all the other slot. How do i fix it

Power the horn direct from the battery if it blows check relay and the horn button switch

They relay is very lose, not like the others, with no metal piece in the slots where the relay goes

Apply power to the wire on it the horn itself is already grounded should blow-use a jumper wire from the battery positive terminal straight to the horn-

You probably have to change out the relay box
