1996 Saturn Sl1 T Get Key Out Car Ignition Still Runs Will Even Shut Off

I can't get my key out of my car ignition. The car still runs and will even shut off but I can't figure out how to get my key out. Any ideas?

So the key stops at the acc position?Also have you tried playing with the shifted button?
