I replace the belt and now i have like a knocking noise

It sounds like its coming from the power steering pump is this possible? when im sitting in drive it really makes this noise.. put when i accelerate it doesnt then when i sit it park it only does in every minute but when in drive its constant. and i also found my power steering fluid was out there was nothing in it

If its doing it in drive i would check the belt tenisor for knocking.Is the belt tenisor a aftermarket one?If so they knock when installed on the single cam S model saturns.
