Saturn Clutch Issue

On my 96 Saturn SL1, it is super hard to get it into gear. Goes in gear fine with the car turned off, but when it's on, I have to press the pedal to the floor and pump it like crazy sometimes. I've put in a new clutch kit and a new slave cylinder (which can't be bled from my knowledge). I feels like the thing is not bled though. Any ideas?

That's true. It's sold as a complete unit, already bled. If it did have to be bled for any reason, which it shouldn't, it would have to be removed and the slave elevated higher than the master to bring the air to the bleeder.
