What is the exact problem?

The mobiliser stops working. I have a mobile mechanic friend who puts a computer on and restarts the mobiliser but it doesnt last. He says he can immobilise it if I had the security code but there is nothing in my history. There is nothing else wrong with the car and is in perfect working order.
