Chances are its not fuel fowled due to it having dual ignition.It may not be getting any fuel pressure.Check the fuel pump up front underneath.Or you can pull a coil wire off one of the distributor caps,put it approx 1/2" from a grounded surface and have someone crank it over and see if the spark jumps across.If you have spark this will at least eliminate an ignition issue.
