What makes my stering wheel jerk slightly to the left when it shifts to seconed and third gear or when I hit the gas to go faster the stering wheel wants to jerk out of my hands.I have no idea what it is , but I no is not safe ....please somone out there help a old sap !!!!

Check all steering components to make sure they are good, If they are, check control arm bushings.
