Replacing rear brakes and the wheel cylinder is frozen up. How do you remove it? Have tried heating it up which didn't help.

Lots of penitrating oil and gentle tapping. I have sheared the bolts, item 21 off of the wheel cylinder, item 26 and then remove the wheel cylinder with the broken off studs in them and replaced.
