I HAVE A 1996 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER VAN I RAN OUT OF OIL WHILE I WAS DRIVING AND THE OIL LIGHT NEVER CAME ON. NOW IT'S MAKING A LOUD TAPPING NOISE CAN U HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT?

It probably "spun" a connecting rod bearing which means it's just gonna get worse and break. Ruining engine.
