It is pulling to the right have to keep your hank on the wheel. Also seems to have some kind of play, the steering wheel seems to shimmy back
and forth as it turn to the right only.

Sounds like a broken belt in one of the front tires. Start by having them inspected at a tire and alignment shop. A worn inner cv joint can cause a shimmy too but usually when accelerating, and it won't typically cause a pull.
