how do I change power steering fluid on a 1996 Plymouth Voyager

Never heard of anyone doing that unless it was contaminated. You would have to disconnect the return hose from the reservoir and run it into a container. Run the engine and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock. The movement will expel the fluid. Reconnect the hose then refill the system. Turn it from lock to lock again to expel the air.
