I replaced the engine with a used one, cam and crank sesors were the only two I had to rewire the plugs for. Thirty seconds after te engine starts, both cooling fans come on and stay on.I unplugged 1 of them, I replaced temp sender, it has good heat inside car, no engine lite on, car runs great. Temp gauge is on the low end.

Is the AC or defroster on? Have you checked relays?

The fans act like when you unplug the sending unit. The a/c comp is pluged in but inop at this time. Doesn't seem to matter if defrost is on or not. Low speed then a couple mins later high kicks in, so I unplugged high fan. Can't find relay but fuse is good.

The relays should be under the hood in the power distribution box. Have you checked there?
