Most drums have an inspection hole on inside covered by a rubber grommet, remove grommet and with screwdriver, rotate adjusting wheel untill all pressure is off drums.
Some drums have a threaded hole(s) in front, thread bolts in to "push" drum off.
I will say that if original, they could be rusted on hub, worst case is to break drum with hammer.
