How can I get some heat in my car

my car heater wont work I have installed a water pump thermostat heater code new anti freeze it still blow luke warm what am I doing wrong?

are the heater hoses hot under the hood? if yes your blend door is stck . heater valve inline on your heater hoses should be hot on both sides of valve if not valve is not working
