I have a 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, and the turn signals don't work. I checked the fuses(which were good) and changed ALL of the bulbs. What else could cause this to happen and what is an easy way to fix it if possible?

Usually the multifunction switch or wiring circuit in the steering column.

Just to add, I looked at the olds cutlass supreme. Did you check the turn signal flasher? Also, At the applicable fuse, not only check the fuse, use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is still dead.
