Motor mount

I have a 96 olds 98. the front moter mount went. It raised the motor up and I need to lower it to put the new one on. I cant afford a garage so I must do it myself. any help would be apprecited. thank you.

which mount?? try to be more specific

remove the attaching bolts/nuts to the subframe and jack up the motor. release the remaining part of the mount from the motor. have the new mount with you to see the attaching points that need to be unbolted. be careful lowering it so the bolt holes or studs line up correctly.
