I have a 1996 nissan sentra the a/c works only when the vehicle is in motion as soon it reaches 25 to 35 miles /hour, but it stops working as soon as the car stops.
this car is manual transmission.

It gets cold when 25-35 and hot at idling-If so could be freezing up due to air and moisture get it evacuated

Check and ensure the cooling fans are working.
