nissan micra … grinding when steering is on full lock i hear a grinding noise, and slight wobble in steering wheel , any advice???

check inside(backside) of tires/wheels for wear/scrape marks? check whole front suspension for worn/loose parts.

Check the posteering pump drive belt tenion. If it is loose it can slip and cause vibrations and noise.
