Nissan micra... Grinding when steering is on full lock I hear a grinding noise, and slight wobble in steering wheel, any advice?

Check inside(backside) of tires/wheels for wear/scrape marks? Check whole front suspension for worn/loose parts.

Check the posteering pump drive belt tenion. If it is loose it can slip and cause vibrations and noise.
