this is either a coil or ecm problem but before you do that clean teh maf and reset coputer and see if code is gone sometimes that cures it. use choke cleaner on the maf. Otherwise this needs to be check ed by a pro an donly Nissan coils are to be used if one is bad it may be all 6 as well so be prepared for that cost. This needs a scope put on it to check coils to show which one is bad

Changed all spark plugs
Checked with new maf
Reset done

But no change at all
