AC Blower problem

I hear the fan, but barely anything gets blown out. This is from low to high. If I run over a pot hole or speed bump it will blow more, but not fully. I brought into shop within last 2 months. Faulty ignition switch. They "played" with wires to test why it wouldn't start. Could it just be a loose connection? I haven't had any electrical problems until they replaced my ignition module. Thanks.

Check blower motor and resistor connectors-also check air blend door
