Brakes problem
1996 Mitsubishi Truck 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 100,00 miles

I was driving and applied emmergency brakes after driving around 100Km which brakes then failed. What makes Mitsubishi FH 215 brakes to fail occasionally?

Is the pedal very hard with the engine running and the same with the engine off? can you hear a vacuum leak?
