engine over revs on start up runs rough then stalls

the engine got full rebuilt less than 1000ks ago discovered a water leak under the intake, repaired that put everything back together, now it wont run properly, it was running perfectly before. it runs rough at best over revs on start up then stalls cant hear a vaccum leak, replaced leads, coil, fuel filter,

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs, also check the idle air control and throttle actuator

Ensure the MAF is securely plugged in and there are no leakage between the MAF and throttle body.

Get a scan done to check for trouble codes.
