hi ther i have brought a magna never herd it running but i have bin toled it dose go but just stopped like out of fuel one day i have cheeked spark and fusses but have knowtiss that there is excessive fuel on spark plug would this be couseing it to not run and wuld the problem be fuel pressher regulater?.
