Lancer 1996 1.3 GLXi Shaking On First Start In The Morning

As neil agdipa in asked questions, I have the same problem:
First start in the morning. Motor shaking and going to low idle and sometimes stalls. After the engine reaches the desired temperature it runs normal.
Until now nobody reached the right diagnosis.
Please, could you help?

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve and see what happens
