On cold starts it idles a bit high

I have a FTO trip tronic. When you put it in drive it drives on gears change on then the car forces back as if your changing a gear down then gets stuck in 3rd gear flashing n ? and when you turn it of and on and you put it in drive it wont go into drive but goes into reverse also trip tronic does not work. can you help please i checked oil it seems very runny (dripping) and its black not red ... need help
