My power steering leaks fluid so I have to put dexron iv (transmission fluid) in it everyday. I realized I bought dexron vi on accident and have been filling my car up with that instead. Will this ruin or mess up my car?

power steering fluid should be used in p/s not trans fluid. it may harm the regulator valve where the pump will become noisy

not that has nothing to do with a car starting. scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it
