A\C compressor and the radiator fan relay

Have a relay problem on a 3.8 mercury cougar 96. the A\C compressor and the radiator fan are new, they both work when jumped from battery. I would like to know where relay is and how to replace?

Dont have power at plugs for A\C compressor or radiator fan. Both motors are good they both run fine

Start testing the relays for those components if all okay -could be coming from the computer
