96 mazda protege idles rough after warmup

I have a 97 and iam getting random codes. they go away and dont come back. but it runs great cold then when it warms up it idles at 400-500rpm's when driving it drops to 200rpm when comming to a stop. i have tried putting it in N but does the same thing and when in idle at 400rpm and i go to n or p it drops to 150rpm and takes a minute to recover. new plugs, distributor, coil, cat, exhaust manifold, plug wires, air filter, alternator, zero air leaks. i have no clue anymore
