I recently purchased a clutch online and installed it only to have it not work. I replaced master and slave and still nothing. I called the supplier and they said it was defective. They said the springs werent strong enough. Are they talking about the disc or the pressure plate?

Thanks for the reply. Do you think I could use the new disc and the old pressure plate and be ok. The only reason I was replacing was due to noise which was pilot bearing. To much down time already. Thanks again!!!

If the pressure plate is not too worn, it can be reused.
