Have an electrical/blinker problem with this truck. It had been sitting for about 3 months and when driving recently, the blinkers only work properly with the key on and motor off. When motor is running, blinkers go double time on dash and don't flash outside the vehicle. When driving with blinkers on, and braking, the blinkers just stop blinking on dash. Also when in reverse the motor bogs down and wants to stall.

Check the taillight ground circuits. Reverse bogging down could be due to a bad air hose that opens up when the engine shifts and this would affect the air flow sensor.
