im getting a 1996 mazda 626 given but it wont start.it has been sat on a driveway for 2 years and the battery is fine as its been charged and the headlights turn on but when i turn the ignition there is nothing not even dash lights.any ideas what the problem may be??

Check for applicable trouble codes. What about a security system? Do you have voltage at the fuse block?
