What feature on my town car controls and allows the circuit to remain turned on after turning off the ignition switch. While it is activated, power accessories like windows and radio may be operated for a period of time and will shut off when any door is opened. My problem is that it is staying on continuously and is draing my battery. It is as if the accessory switch is always on. It is NOT a problem with the ignition switch. I have replaced it.
