Range Rover 1996 AC not working

When i turn the AC on it makes no difference at all , engine revs stay the same , no sound of AC pump coming on . only the light come s on the switch . also i noticed the blower fan will not switch off , i dont no if this is connected to this problem or not . If anyone can help , thanks Ray

Proberbly you have a refrigerant leak and the low pressure switch has cut in, get the system leak checked first.
