1996 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY
My breaks makes noise and is hard to stop. I changed the breaks. What else could it be?

When you change pads you should either resurface rotors or replace. Check rotors for grooves/warpage.
Could also be a caliper slide pin, check the slide pins for binding/sticking.
