heater problem 1996 jeep laredo

96 Jeep laredo....heat problem....blower motor works fine....very tiny heat comes out....hose from engine to heater is hot, return hose barely warm...some sites have said flush out core with a garden hose...

It sounds like the heater core is plugged. Start by flushing it.
