I just put a brand new radiator in my jeep and I put coolant in and just it poured out just as fast as I put it in. The leak seems to e coming from around the water pump what is a good key to identify the problem

We use pressure testers and dye, but even those require visual inspection. To be leaking as fast as you described, it should be pretty easy to see where the coolant is coming from. Any chance the lower radiator hose pulled off the water pump? Did you forget to close the petcock on the radiator?

Grab the fan blades and move the blade from side to side if there is play then you bearing on your water pump is bad. The water pump has a weeping hole on the bottom of the snout use a mirror and light to see if water is leaking from there. Some times that weeping hole is located on the top of the snout. Also make sure your hose claps are tightened.
