How much is labor for repairing a rear main seal on a 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 5.2L?

The rear main seal on engine shows to be around a 5 hour job, according to my info. Different shops charge different labor rates. If they charge 50 bucks an hour, around 300 bucks for labor. That doesn't include parts and dianostics if any.
