We connected the positive cables to the starter, and the fuse box.
we connected the negative to the direct left of the battery to the ground
we connected the other negative cable somewhere near the alternator
all of the cables are the same size, no cable is bigger than the other. The auxillary cables are the same size as the main primary cables.

When the key is in and I turn to crank, it doesnt choke, its only one click. No trying to turn over, just a "click".
