The interior cabin lights are staying on

Have already paid another site for a answer that I already did and suggested and it still doesn't work. My 96 grand cherokee limited, v8, interior lights wont go off, just bought from private owner who had removed battery, I have already removed each door switch one by one and did not solve the problem
