my low beams won't work. high beams,turn,hazards all work fine. checked headlamps high and low lamps are good. pulled dimmer switch ,took apart and cleaned. have power to high and pull back , but still no low beams. at a loss need help!

If the dimmer switch is okay-check fuse no.13 40amp and fuse no.4 15amp, fuse no. 15 amp and headlamp switch
