Jeep stalled, would almost fire back up but no luck. After about 10 minutes of letting it sit it finally started. Then stalled again about a mile down the road. Let it sit about 10 minutes again and it started, this time taking me much farther but I did a few neutral rolling starts, but I made it home. I'm thinking I need to throw a set of plugs and wires on it and an ignition control module because the wires are bared by plug connector. Any other ideas?

MR. CRANK SENSOR IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY......LOTS OF CHEROKEES IN THE FORUMS HAVE HAD THE PROBLEM, WITH VERY SIMILAR SYMPTOMS

(DO A "CHEROKEE", "CRANKSHAFT SENSOR" SEARCH FROM THE HOMEPAGE INFO BAR)

DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION OR MAYBE JUST THIS TECHNIQUE IN THIS LINK MIGHT AID YOU FOR THIS, AND MAYBE OTHER ISSUES YOU HAVE IN THE FUTURE
