I DON'T KNOW WHETHER YOUR SYSTEM USES 'LECTRIC MOTORS OR VACUUM TOO OPERATE THE BLEND DOORS
SO IT COULD BE A VOLTAGE OR VACUUM PROBLEM. NOT LETTING THE DOORS ACTUATE INTO THE PROPER POSITIONS. SO 1ST OFF, LOOK FOR CRACKED OR LOOSE VACUUM LINES, FUSES BLOWN, OR EVEN "LINKAGES" THAT MAY HAVE COME LOOSE. A HAND MIRROR, INSPECTION MIRROR, AND A GOOD FLASHLIGHT MAY AID YOU IN THIS TASK
MORRIS 4X4 MAY SHOW AA BREAKDOWN OF THE UNIT----BETTER STILL, LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THEIR PAGE, IN A LIST, FOR "THE KNOWLEDGE BASE". CLICKING ON IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE FACTORY MANUALS (YOU MAY HAVE TO GO UP OR DOWN A YEAR FROM YOURS. AS THEY DID NOT COPY STUFF OVER AND OVER FOR "LIKE" YEARS). THERE IS MOST LIKELY A HVAC TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE OR FLOW CHARTS
SHOULD YOU NEED TO BUY SOMETHING, $30 OR MORE, LEMME KNOW IF ADVANCE AUTO PARTS IS A LOCAL STORE. REGARDLESS, JUST LET ME KNOW, I'LL SHOW YOU A WAY/ METHOD TO POSSIBLY SAVE A GOOD CHUNK OF DOUGH!
LEMME KNOW IF YOU COME UP WITH SOMETHING, OR HAVE MORE QUESTIONS
