all of the warning lights & the tach / speedo in the instrument cluster go on and of

The jag srs light comes on first then all of the warning lights come on and the tach and speedo drop i have checked voltage and it is good . any ideas? please contact if you do . John 8182474513

What voltage did you check?
Did the engine stall?
Have you checked the fuses?
