And then it's only cool with a little hot air mixed in. I think I'm having problems with the air diverters in the plenum. Sometimes air coming out of the vents are nice and cold, then warm air starts to come out. If I stop off some where, turn off the car, then come back 5 min. later and restart the car. The vents start to blow out hot air as if the heater was turned on.

When this happens, I can sometimes select a different vent option like defrost or floor and then push the face vent button and it will start to blow out cool air (not cold ). Also I've retrieved the following codes 23, 24, 44. I've also had the freon level checked and its ok. I'm finding myself with having a lot of electrical problems with this car. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated

Jaguars are known for electrical issues. As far your problem, check to see if the AC compressor is cycling when the air gets hot. If it isn't, it could be the cycle switch not turning it on. If it is working, check the blend air door. If may be moving to the heat selection.
