No fuse just for gas guage powered with rest of gagues by fuse 31 - 13

could not find fuse 31 - 13, looked under steering wheel and also under hood still no luck. what do you suggest?

i just looked under there, i cannot find those fuse numbers. i also just recently replaced the fuel pump, and fuel filter. can this have anything to do with it?
